A simple, balanced routine that keeps normal skin clean, hydrated, and protected during the day, and nourishes and rejuvenates it at night without overdoing it with treatments.
Morning routine

Pre-cleanse with oil (optional if wearing makeup/protector)
Dosage: 2–3 pumps on dry skin.
Application: Massage for 45–60 seconds, focusing on sunscreen/makeup areas.
Emulsification: Wet your hands with lukewarm water and continue massaging until it becomes milky.
Rinse: Rinse well before washing.
Repetition: Only when needed.
Notes: Reduces friction and keeps skin comfortable.

Gentle water wash (firm base)
Quantity: The amount of an almond on a wet face.
Application: 30–40 seconds in circular motions, then rinse lukewarm.

Application: Spread evenly, covering the outer eye contour and ears.

Optional steps for normal skin (alternating use)

Order: On the night of the peel, omit the strong serums; just use the moisturizer.
Warning: Do not use on the same night as retinol.
