How to Use:

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
   
2. For the body, hold the bottle about 20 cm away from the skin.
3. Spray a sufficient amount evenly on areas exposed to the sun, then pass your hand over the skin to ensure even distribution.
4. For the face, it is preferable to spray the product into the palm of your hand first, then gently spread it instead of directing the spray directly onto the face.
5. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours during continuous sun exposure.
