Soothing and refreshing scent

Extraction method: Steam distillation from freshly flowered tops.

How to use:
For headaches and to calm the nerves: Add 3 drops of each of lavender oil, peppermint oil and chamomile oil to a steam diffuser and enjoy, or put it with hot water or in the bathtub.

For other uses, carefully dilute the oil with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond before use. Please consult an essential oils specialist or other professional reference for proper dilution ratios.
